A saltwater pool in a frangipani garden a short walk from Broome's Cable Beach.
Pinctada is a low-key Kimberley resort named for the pearl oyster that built the town. The pool sits in the central garden, surrounded by frangipani and bougainvillea.
Cable Beach is a five-minute walk through the dunes — but most afternoons people end up back at the pool instead.
