The pool
An infinity saltwater pool on Tahiti's west coast, looking out across the lagoon to Moorea.
The InterContinental Tahiti sits on a stretch of reef on the island's west side, just past the airport. The main pool drops off toward the lagoon, with Moorea on the horizon.
Sunset here is the reason most guests stay an extra night — saltwater, palms, and Moorea turning pink across the water.
