A large saltwater pool overlooking the savanna at a private wildlife sanctuary near Tsavo.
Taita Hills sits inside its own wildlife sanctuary on the edge of Tsavo, and the saltwater pool looks straight out over the plains.
It's a proper between-drives pool — wide, shaded, with elephants often visible in the middle distance.
