The pool
Private infinity pools tucked into the jungle of Phuket's quiet northwestern coast, looking over the Andaman Sea.
Trisara — the name means "the garden in the third heaven" — occupies a private cove on Phuket's Nai Thon coast, far from the high-rises of Patong. Each villa is built into the hillside with its own infinity-edge pool that pours visually into the Andaman Sea below, screened from neighbours by dense tropical canopy.
The water is filtered seawater, lightly UV-treated, and the deck is teak the colour of dark honey. Time it for the dry season between November and April, when the sea below is glassy and the sunsets turn the whole western horizon to copper.
